How to order
You could send us your inquiry by email or fax indicating the code items and quantity. As soon we received it, we shall give you email confirmation along with estimated production time and shipping cost for your approval.

There are no minimum quantity
Payment system
You are required to transfer down-payment, a 50% from the total amount of your order prior production. Once the order production has completed, we shall email you scanned shipping documents and pictures of your completed order, then you are required to transfer the 50% balance plus the shipping cost. Please fax us the payment transfer receipt. Please note that when first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
Pricing Policy
Our prices are based on FOB USA, inclusive all necessary packaging material e.g. plastic, hard paper, carton box etc. Any additional costs such as insurance, customs clearance, others will be at your account.
Production Time
Production depends on the quantity and the complexity of the goods, it normally takes 1 - 3 months once we received your order, under close supervision by our Quality Control Manager, in order to ensure each product meets the standard quality and orders completion in timely manner.
Shipping
Shipment can be arranged by air or sea freight as requested. Please note that you are required to cover insurance the shipment to avoid possible damage or loss during the way.
Every country has its own taxes and import regulations. You are recommended to contact your local customs bureau to make sure the possible import taxes and regulations. We are not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government, nor the possibility that the order might have been lost, due to the rejection from the local customs bureau. Please make sure your customs regulations.
Once the goods have been sold to you, no refund is possible under any circumstances. After the completion of production, we make sure that your order is safe during pre-shipment and we use secure packaging material to avoid possible damage during shipment.
